Be the Boss of UFC Terms & Conditions
The following are the rules (“Rules”) of ‘Be the Boss of UFC’ promotion (the “Promotion”) taking place on our GUI software client (the “Client”), any of our participating websites, or any downloadable apps for our games.
Any entrant (“Entrant”/ “you”/ “your”) who wishes to participate in this Promotion agrees to (i) these Rules; and (ii) the general terms and conditions for promotions (collectively, the “Terms & Conditions”) and agrees to be unconditionally bound by them.
1. Details of Promotion
1.1 This Promotion takes place from 10:00 ET on July 12 until 23:59 ET on July 15, 2019 (“Promotion Period”).
1.2 All PokerStars players are eligible to win a Silver Chip merchandise bundle. But only players aged 25 or older are eligible to win a Gold Chip package. Please see Clause 3.6 below for further details.
1.3 Play any UFC Sit and KO Poker games, knockout an opponent and receive a ‘Be the Boss of UFC’ freeroll ticket. Players winning a ‘Be the Boss of UFC’ freeroll ticket must participate in any of the freerolls taking place on July 15 at 13:00 ET or 18:00 ET. The winner of each freeroll will be awarded with a Silver Chip.
1.4 Silver Chip merchandise packages include a Replica Belt, Fighter Gloves, and a UFC/ Reebok Pullover Hoodie.
1.5 Silver Chip winners can win a ‘Be the Boss of UFC’ Gold Chip. To be eligible to win the Gold Chip, Silver Chip winners are required to submit a short video of no longer than two minutes answering the following question: ‘Why should you be the boss of UFC?’. These must be submitted by 23:59 ET on July 17, 2019. If they fail to do so, Silver Chip winners no longer have the chance to win the Gold Chip package.
1.6 Winners of a Silver Chip will receive a full explanation via email of how to submit a video pitch.
1.7 These videos will be reviewed by PokerStars and associated agency teams and scored against the following criteria:
- Creativity - 25%
- Originality - 25%
- Represents UFC and PokerStars values - 25%
- Has the soul of a champion - 25%
1.8 The individual who gets the highest score for the video and then passes all relevant background and eligibility checks will win the Gold Chip package.

2.1 A maximum of 2 Silver Chips will be awarded.
2.2 Silver Chip winners aged 25 and older can win a Gold Chip package, which awards the ‘Be the Boss of UFC’ experience.
The Gold Chip package will be both the following packages for the winner and a guest (the guest must be aged 25 or older):

3. Be The Boss Selection Criteria
3.1 Contestants will submit a video recording with the goal of persuading PokerStars that they should ‘Be the Boss of UFC’.
3.2 The selection and review process may occur on a rolling basis as Silver Chips are awarded.
3.3 If your entry is chosen, you will be deemed the potential winner of the Gold Chip package, pending confirmation and/or verification of your eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
3.4 In the event of a tie, the winner will be picked at random.
3.5 The winner will be announced on July 26, 2019.
3.6 The winner and their guest consents to take part in publicity and marketing campaigns in relation to this promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, video advertising for television and digital campaigns. To comply with relevant regulations, the winner must therefore be aged 25 or older.
3.7 We reserve the right to award the Gold Chip package through other channels, such as through live contests or through social media.
